It is the philosophy of SOS that everyone, regardless of health insurance, should receive medical care and treatment with respect and integrity.

SOS is completely volunteer run and as such is always in need of eager and open-minded volunteers who passionately care about health and health care. New volunteer physicians and nurses are always welcome and in great need. Though not necessary to volunteer, medical training of any sort along with a background in the Spanish language would be very helpful.
